Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification to let you know it’s on its way.

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Express Post: 1 to 4 business days, $15.00 flat rate for all orders.
- Standard Post: 2 to 8 business days. Free for orders of $100 and above; $10.00 for orders under $100.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you finalise payment.

Yes, we offer international delivery to selected countries. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and are not listed on our site, as prices can vary. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it arrives in your country.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at admin@resurgerecovery.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We assess all damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at admin@resurgerecovery.com.au. We’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@resurgerecovery.com.au. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you want.
