ORDER PROCESSING:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days using Australia Post.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout and not listed here, as prices are dynamic and vary based on destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Resurge Recovery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, provided the goods are unused and in the same condition as when purchased. We will refund the full order amount minus any applicable return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at admin@resurgerecovery.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We assess all damage claims on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
